Quick Install
📱 Android (Termux)
One command does everything: installs Debian, Firefox, Hermes, and then asks how you want to configure it.

During setup you can choose:
- Quick setup - enter only your OpenRouter API key and Telegram bot token. The installer uses
xiaomi/mimo-v2.5, configures Telegram, starts the gateway, and opens Hermes. - Normal setup - run the official Hermes setup wizard for custom providers, models, gateways, and advanced options.
Recommended model: xiaomi/mimo-v2.5 (free via OpenRouter)

For iSH, configure manually after install:
nano ~/.hermes/.env
Add your OpenRouter API key (get one free at https://openrouter.ai):
