A generative media studio
“I want Hermes generating images, video, music and visuals, not just text”
Creative work is where the community is most inventive and least served by any single tool, so this bundle is deliberately a toolbox rather than a pipeline. Start with the image hub, because one plugin fronting several backends beats wiring each generator separately, and pair it with real prompting technique — the gap between a mediocre generation and a good one is almost always the prompt, not the model. Local generation matters more here than anywhere else in the catalog: creative work is iterative by nature, and per-call pricing punishes iteration hardest. Voice and design sit alongside rather than after, depending on whether you are making something to hear or something to look at.

Expands touchdesigner-mcp skill with extensive reference docs so Hermes can help build generative/interactive media projects in TouchDesigner.
My @NousResearch hermes-agent can make movies now using @browser_use skill. No API needed. No human intervention. I told it to set the mood, action, camera movement, dialog and overall story — it used Browser-Use and Seedance 2.0 to generate a video.
Used /browse to add Obsidian as a skill, populated a vault with shadcn/ui packages, then asked Hermes to build a finance dashboard using them. Result: beautiful, modern dashboard in minutes. Also used a manim skill to convert complex technical concepts into…
I work with Hermes almost exclusively speech-to-speech until my kids go to bed and I can sit down and focus at my desk. Well I added a little skill to my Hermes that plays generated background music while it is working and fades out when Hermes stops. It's…
Secondary Hermes install yesterday on a spare laptop. Introduced it to the network, gave it two targets: RenPy and ComfyUI. It found ComfyUI, figured out how to generate images locally with LM Studio, then asked me to turn on the internet to install RenPy.…
- Generation volume is where creative projects get expensive. Decide local-versus-API before you build the loop, not after the first bill.
- Model and API surfaces in this space change faster than anywhere else in the catalog — expect the generation layer to need maintenance.
- The community stories lean heavily on TouchDesigner, ComfyUI workflows and RenPy, but those live as personal skills rather than catalog projects — Atlas has no dedicated video-generation or generative-visuals entry yet.
